How it works
From first contact
to first managed flight.
Four steps, a clear 30-day timeline to start — no invented bureaucracy, no agenda-less meetings, no canned proposal.
DAY 0 · First call
Diagnosis
In a 30-minute video or in-person call, we understand your current operation: aircraft type, usage profile, current costs, people involved, main pain points and expectations. No proposal at this stage — just listening.
DAY 5 · Proposal
Auditable proposal
Within 5 business days you receive a proposal with detailed scope, service KPIs, response SLA and an open financial model — cost breakdown, Air Grid margin, charter break-even projection, utilization assumptions. No fine print.
DAYS 6 to 30 · Onboarding
30-day onboarding
After signing, we run a structured transition plan: technical document migration, dedicated account opening, aircraft setup on the platform, crew integration, your access creation. Weekly 15-min status call.
From day 31 · Continuous ops
Continuous operation
Air Grid runs your aircraft routinely. You follow everything on the app, have a monthly results meeting (up to 1 hour) and receive a consolidated quarterly executive report. 4h-business SLA for any operational request.
Guarantees
What we guarantee in writing.
Adjustment period
If within the first 30 days after operations go live you decide it's not for you, we refund every cent paid.
Response SLA
Every request logged in the app is answered within 4 business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–7pm BRT). Operational emergencies, always, within 1h, 24/7.
Exit without strings
If you decide to end the contract, we export the full financial and technical history in open format within 7 business days. Your data is yours.
Open audit
You can hire an external auditor at any time. All accounting, ops log and documentation are available to the auditor of your choice.
Let's talk
Ready to start at day 0?
The first conversation is free, lasts 30 minutes and ends with a written pre-diagnosis of your current operation — whether or not you close with us.
